How Much Does a Tiled Conservatory Roof Cost?

Tiled conservatory roofs can either be installed with your new conservatory or can replace an existing glass or poly carbonate roof.

If the roof is part of a new conservatory the contractor will include the price in the total cost, but if you are replacing your conservatory roof with a tiled insulated warm roof there is a rough guide to go by.

For a basic 3x3 meter conservatory the cost of a replacement tiled roof system would be around £4000. This is for one of the system companies such as Supalite, Guardian, Eurocell or Leka (we install all these brands).

Although this may seem expensive there is a lot that goes in to the manufacture and installation of one of these roofs. Elements that can alter the price are size, velux windows in the roof and complicated roof designs.

Some installers will make up their own design, i.e. not from an established system company like mentioned above. If this is the case, be aware. All the system companies we buy our roofs from have tested their roofs structures and and thermal performance and comply with current Building Regulations. The last thing you want is to have a tiled roof installed and the weight not be supported by the frames below. We will provide a Building Control Certificate with all of our installations giving you peace of mind that a quality product has been installed to the best standards.
